Delegates and Alternate Delegates registration for all member including Dept and National officers is through their Detachment. Registration forms are mailed to the Detachment from National. The number of delegates is based on number of regular members shown on the 30 Jun 2008 strength report
Devil Dogs must be registered as convention delegates though their Detachment as well as with the Kennel. See your pound for information on Dog registration.
