The Department is now accepting applications for the new Pennsylvania Marine Corps League Specialty License Plate.

Show your pride for the Marine Corps League.....Proudly Display your Membership in the Finest Service Organization.....Apply for a Pennsylvania Vehicle License Plate
 

For your convenience, a copy of the new application form can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking here.

Only form MV-904SP (2-08) can be used. This is the ONLY form that will be accepted.  Do Not Use the old Form MV-904SO (09-04) 

 

SPECIALTY REGISTRATION PLATE APPLICATION CHECK LIST 

q       You must be a current member of the Marine Corps League or Auxiliary

q       You will be issued the next number in the sequence

q       Read the Application form and fill in the appropriate blocks 

q       Put Your Detachment Name and Address in block B 

q       Put your Detachment Paymaster phone number in block B 

q       Sign, in ink, and date the application in block D 

q       Make your check payable to the MCL of PA. Inc. 

q       Send one check in the amount of $30 for each plate, plus $1.50 for each extra registration card desired 

q       Don’t forget to sign your check 

q       Place the application form and check in a sealed envelope and mail to:

Processing to the Department of Transportation, then to the Bureau of Corrections to manufacture the plate takes approximately six weeks from date of mailing to the Department of Transportation. Applications are mailed in batches of at least 3. 

Specialty Registration Plate applications sent direct to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will be returned without processing.
