From: Bill Arp, Department Public Relations Vice Chairman

subject: packages to the troops

greetings....

Department Commandant Tony DeGregorio has asked me to put together a list of Pennsylvania Leaguers who are sending packages to our troops. In order to make a complete list, we need your cooperation, so if your Detachment, or an individual in your Detachment is doing that, I would like you to contact me. We believe that if we can coordinate our efforts, it will benefit all of us, and ultimately the troops we are so proud of. If possible, maybe some of us who are doing this, could sit down together at the next Department meeting at Ft. Indiantown Gap. Sharing addresses, ideas on generating donations, getting publicity and other details will help us to do a better job.
